EBV Consortium New Membership Consideration Process
1. Consortium Assessment Tool
The assessment is the first step in being considered for the EBV Consortium. This must be filled out by an official University representative. Once completed and submitted, an automated email will be sent to you indicating that an exploratory phone call will be scheduled for review of the program.
2. Telephone Interview and Information Sharing
An interview will be scheduled between the EBV National Program Manager and the official University representative to discuss the program in detail, the roles and responsibilities of each party and if applicable, school will move to next step.
3. Visit EBV program at SU
University representative(s) will be invited by the EBV National Program Manager to visit an EBV program. The visit will occur either 2 days in the beginning of the EBV on campus residency period or 2 days at the end of the residency period. This will allow for the visitors to observe a portion of the program and experience it first hand. If applicable, school will move through the following steps:
• Letter of Intent from Dean
• Current Consortium Directors Vote
• Notification of Announcement
• Consortium Agreement is signed by all parties
• Training phase
• First EBV Class
Induction of a new membership into the EBV National Consortium can take up to one year.
